ok, my joeys are weened and eating plenty of food and bugs on their own. but they are still in the same cage with mom and dad. i was hoping on moving them in with my single male glider, sarge, who's almost a year old. now my babies are 4 months oop, so they are quite younger but they are nearly the same size of my sarge. how much longer can i keep them with mom and dad? can/should i move them in with sarge. btw my babies are one male and one female if that makes a difference.

General rule of thumb is make sure they're all about the same size when introducing.

BUT - you have two males here, it's very unlikely you will get them together without alot fighting, the older one could injure or even kill the younger one!  You need to get them both neutered (and allow time for the hrmones to settle) before putting them together.

Have a look HERE for the introduction procedure .
