Hi. I have a male glider (approximately 5 mths old) and female (10-12mths old). They get along beautifully and have been housed together for about 3 mths. I had female first and then introduced male. They always sleep in same pouch. Today during day when I took them out to play, I noticed that male had his private part out. Does that mean that both of them are sexually mature and were mating? I have read what it looks like when mating and have never seen that. My only concern is , I still do not see a bald spot on the head of my male.. is it dangerous for them to mate too soon? Should I be worried?

I would appreciate any replies.

Thanks!
