Hi everyone,
i have a question about my cage.  IT is a old bird cage that i cleaned out for about an hour with simple green and then soap.  The spacing between the bars is 3 quarters of an inch, and it is made of metal, in 1 or 2 spot there is a tiny bit of rust but very little.  Do you guys think that this cage is ok for my sugar glider?
thanks
Jeff

Ooooh........not really.  Gliders urinate on their cages and if its not coated with vinyl it will rust even more.  Gilders also need quite a lot of room to jump and play so unless your cage is huge, I would defiantly not put a glider in one.  The rust will cause all sorts of problems with their tiny bodies.
