thank you.
mine never went back to their cage, if i wanted them there i had to put them there! some fav places were an empty purse i left out for them, in shoes, mostly snowboard boots, or hiking boots, and onetime in a pile of clothes i was giving to goodwill when they escaped from their cage in the living room.

do you think yours would ever run away if you left a door or a window open or would they stay inside?

and will mine be able to eventualy climb up a tree outside and come back down to me or is that just with a few people?

yeah i think bumbum would have( he would have come back after a while though), nibbles and crabby would have been cautious but if i didnt catch them they would have been out the door and dont know if they would have came back or not. bumbum was just fearless, and the other 2 had had bad lives, although they were getting more trusting right before they passed.
i left the windows open all the time, but thats because they had screens.
honestly i dont know many people who let their gliders outside to roam around. I wouldnt feel it was safe for mine, but some people have more bonded gliders. So dont count on your climbing a tree and returning :)

It can be good to take them out during the day. Mine personally ate it, they get crabby and just go back to sleep. It shuldn't hurt their eyes, but, be careful when you take them out if its in public for the first time. Sometimes I take mine with me on errands and they like to sleep in the hood my sweatshirt (when its not so hot)

no not really bad, but i do draw the shades when they are out, too much sunlight would be like us looking straight into the sun. i took mine out during the day a lot but they tend to stay in their pouch after poking their heads out a little bit.

and i have two dogs and i know they will be good and gentle with a glider becouse they were good with all my other pets but would a bonded glider be good with them or would it be a good idea to keep him away from the dogs
