I found a great deal on a humongous cage, the only problem is that there are small patches on it that are rusting. Is there anything that would be safe to fix it? (ie a special spray paint, etc.). Thanks in advance for your help!

I've never heard of fixing a cage like that..

I personally wouldnt take a chance on anything like that, my gliders are just too important to take a shot in the dark.....

I have to agree. Not worth the risk. Rust is dangerous. You cannot use spray paint on ANY thing for gliders. I would keep looking. Another deal is sure to come your way.

I've heard that you can sand the rusty spots and spot spray them with a non-toxic spray paint. My gliders don't chew their cage so I haven't worried about it.
