I've heard people say a cage similiar to the one you put a link for is fine but in my opinion it's too small. Our starter cage was 48"X24" and 60" high and they seemed crowded in it, these guys really need running and jumping space.

It doesn't say how big the spaces are in the grid. It needs to be 1/2".  I was told that a square grid doesn't allow as much ventilation and can lead to stinky cage syndrome:). The 1/2"X3" is best. I thought I had a link for a place to buy the perfect stuff but can't find it, I'll keep looking and add it to this thread later. If you'd like to make the building process easier and eliminate the need for building a frame for the mesh, there is a place that sells rigid panels of the 1/2"X3" that can be clamped together. I'm also going to try to find a link for that.

I had done a ton of research for the supplies to build the perfect cage when we decided to turn our bedroom into their "cage". Now the cage sits in the corner so they can go in and out as they please. I'll try to find the resources I'd located and add them here later today.

That was too easy, I happened to remember that I had added a link to the place in a post at the bottom of this page. You want to look on page 49 of their online catalogue. If they don't have the 1/2X3" mesh there, call them. They don't show everything in their catalogue. When I was going to build I talked to a very nice woman on the phone and she helped me figure out everything I needed.
