my glider woke up tonight and it looks like her tear ducts are swollen, I'll probably end up taking her to the vet, but was just wondering if anyone might know what it could be?

If she is having swelling around her eyes, then that is a huge issue.  This is NOT normal and it does not regularly happen to gliders.

Get to a vet ASAP.  Be sure you ask them to check for abscess in the mouth and nose.

it's not her eyes... It's just her tear ducts, there is no other swelling. I checked to see if it went anywhere else

I still repeat my previous message, since tear ducts are near the eyes.  NOT normal.  NEEDS vet care.  Be sure to have them check for abscess. Something_To_Be2008-08-04 15:52:56

As Val has said, a trip to the vets is a must.  It could just be a bump where she's knocked herself, or it could be more sinister.  Let us know what the vet says though.

I have an appointment in the morning, I can't get her in any sooner. I don't have any other option cause this is the only vet in my area that works with gliders. She is still acting fine, there has been no change in her attitude or her eating last night.
