Possibility of ingesting a carefresh bedding and paper napk

Hello,
Last night, I noticed that my girl sugar glider plays/ eats her bedding( carefresh) . I did not know she was able to reach to the paper and take it. Sawing that I removed the bedding. I put napkins instead as I did not have a newspaper. I was thinking that since napkins are relatively low compared to bedding in the tray, they will not be able to grabbed it. This morning my fiancé called me when I was still sleeping, and show me disaster that they left and my male sugar glider was chewing on one of the napkins. Now, I am worried that they ate some it it, I saw female chewing piece of it last night and then my fiancé saw little boy playing/ chewing napkins. Please, help what should I do now. Is there a way to make sure that they are ok? What signs should I watch for to make sure tha if they are ok? Little girl is eating her food now and little boy already went to bed.
Please, help!
