Hello all.. thanks for reading. I'll be using this post to list any available or upcoming joeys! You're welcome to message me if you're interested either here or at my e-mail address.
None of our joeys will be sold before a minimum of 8 weeks. (They can be held as long as necessary, usually up to 12, if we feel they need more time weaning.)
Please visit our website for more details about diet, shipping, etc.
Laramie & Loli OOP: One Joey IP, about 3 weeks along. Gender: Still IP Color: Possible Mosaic, Leucistic, White Faced Blonde, Gray Lineage: Joey - Will be updated once joey comes OOP.
Sharpie & Celeste OOP: Two Joeys IP, about 2 weeks along. Gender: Still IP Color: Leucistic, White Face, Gray Lineage: Joey 1 - Will be updated once joey comes OOP. Joey 2 - Will be updated once joey comes OOP.
Deposits won't be taken until they're at least one week OOP to make sure all is well with the joey, also the total price may change depending on how the joey's color fully develops once they reach 8-10 weeks old. (The deposit will remain the same as whatever it was initially, though the total remainder due may be altered if the joey ends up lighter, has markings that weren't evident before, etc.)
I know some breeders name their joeys when showing them but I don't, I don't want to influence the new mommy/daddy in their name choices or make them feel obligated to keep the one I chose. Naming is important to me and I assume it may be to others as well, so I'll list them by their parents and either Joey 1 or Joey 2 from those parents if there are twins. Note: This does not by ANY means mean that they are not loved just the same! I know people I've spoken to have said they've heard from glider breeders that they don't handle the joeys due to the chance of them bonding to them instead of the new owner.. I don't believe in that! A joey needs the love and handling of the breeder up until the day it goes home, and we do this every day. They are handled, taken out in the bonding pouches and meet 'strangers'(friends, family) to get socialized. Our gliders are well loved and taken care of. Just because we chose not to name them before you adopt them does not mean we don't care.
More to come! <3
