A problem that I have with doing that is when the joey's are weaned, how will you tell who is who? Inbreeding comes to mind, and I am a firm believer in complications with the females stealing joey's, cannabalism, and rejected joey's.

No, this is not a good idea. If you are breeding, you should be doing so with lineages on your gliders. You will not know for sure who the father is if you try this. Other complications have already been mentioned.
