if you are looking for the recipie, go to the internet and im pretty sure that you can find it, i would put the recipie on here but im a busy 8th grader who aparently needs to do home work and study french. Tchao!! oh, and you go to google and type in bml diet.sugarglides2008-10-07 23:22:53
Who told you that? Someone on the forum? Why are they saying that you should just do homework? The BML Diet is one of the three PROVEN Diets that I would only ever recommend along with HPW and The Priscilla Price Diet.
I'm a new member, will be picking up my two gliders on Saturday.
After researching it I purchased what I thought I needed for food but after reading this I'm not so sure. I have been planning to feed ledbetters diet, zoo quality nsectivore mix and fresh fruit and vegies. does this sound like a problem to you?
I don't know much of that diet but a lot of people suggested the bml to me!
they said it is great their sugar gliders like it and it is not too expensive!
but if you do feed them that diet you should also feed your sugar gliders mealworms!
well accually you should feed mealies to your sugar gliders no matter what diet they are on
I'm a novice at sugar glider care so I'm certainly not going to argue with anyone but I have a question.
I researched all the staple diets that I could find, the Ledbetter's, the modified Ledbetter's (BML) and Priscillas.
I had about decided to use the BML because I've heard it's more palatable to gliders than the original Ledbetter's. But I've also read that Gliders should have no refined sugar products and BML calls for honey. Does anyone feel confident in telling me which it is? Sugar or not?
