I am sooo interested in getting a sugar glider, and right now I am finding out EVERYTHING I can about sugar gliders and sugar glider care. I have found different diets but everyone has a different opinion. What exactly is a commercial diet? And what's the difference between that and everything else. Is the HPW diet ok? I looked up the BML diet but it has too many ingredients that I won't be able to get where I am. Thanks for your help!
Next time you're mad at someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you're a mile away from them, and you have their shoes :]
You want to chose a proven diet, meaning its been used for some odd years and proven to help maintain healthy gliders! I feed HPW, It is the easiest diet for me and my furkids love it! instead of 1 and a half cups of honey I put in 1 cup of honey and a half a cup of applesauce cause on the HPW diet they tend not to eat that much fruit or rather enough. I know glider care can be confusing and conflicting info gallore! I dont know that everything I am doing is right, ya know? But I do the best I can and hope they are healthy and happy!
