I have a 2 year old common colored male that I need to trade before the 2 female joeys he gave birth to become mature. I dont want any inbreeding in my family of gliders. I do not sell them. six-zero-nine-two-seven-one-five-six-four-six
Have you considered having him neutered? You could then keep the entire family together as a wonderful little colony.
It is great to watch the interactions of the gliders in a family colony. Aside from a putting one more serving of food on the dinner plate each night, four gliders is no more difficult to care for than three (I assume you are also keeping mom.)
Rehoming your glider in the state of Georgia may be difficult because the state law requires that gliders must come from USDA Licensed breeders. This may cut into the number of people looking to take in the little guy.
Neutering would be a better choice than having to separate him from the girls while waiting for a suitable new home.
